For 20 years he has been CEO of Eko Cykl Organizacja Odzysku Opakowań S.A., which in 2016 and 2017 was awarded “Forbes Diamonds” in the most dynamically developing companies in Poland category, and in 2020 was awarded Business Cheetah by the Puls Biznesu daily. She is also CEO of Bohema House, vice president of Project Zero Waste and managing director at M&M Consulting. She is co-owner of Bohema Dance school.

Her career began in the late 1990s in the logistics departments of multinational companies operating in Poland. In 2002, she co-founded and headed one of the first packaging recovery organization in Poland – Eko Cykl. Since 2006, she has been active in the work of the Polish Chamber of Waste Management (PIGO), currently serving as a member of the Chamber’s Council. Since June 2022, she has been a member of the General Council of the Confederation “Lewiatan”.

She was Editor-in-Chief of the journals Recovery Logistics and MiniLO&Aniela. She is a member of the international Closed-loop Supply Chains (CLSC) team. Within the framework of Public Education Campaigns, she was the originator and implementer of such projects as the “Raw Material Efficient Entrepreneur” competition; “DO YOU KYOTO? Are you doing something good for the environment” carried out in cooperation with Kyoto Mayor Daisaku Kadokawa; educational programs including the series “You Garbage! eco-cycling about the economy…”; workshops for children and young people, magic shows or the 2021 “Nature is War” and 2022 “Plastic ain’t fantastic” calendar projects. Established in 2020, the company Bohema House, which she heads, is responsible for the realization and management of the world’s first Ecological Theater dedicated to educating Polish public about the climate crisis through art, as well as the largest Family Educational Ecological Entertainment Center – “EkoPark RECRE”, located in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. She is also the founder of Bohema Dance Ecological Dance School.

She is fluent in English, French and German. She communicates to a communicative degree in Japanese.
